What is your returns policy?
At JB Travel World, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt if they’re in their original packaging with tags attached. Please include your receipt or order confirmation when sending your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection. Note: Earrings, personalised, and custom-made items (such as engraved luggage tags) are non-returnable unless faulty.
How do I return a faulty or damaged item?
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email help@jbtravelworld.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our UK-based support team will arrange a refund, replacement, or repair depending on availability. After 30 days, contact us to discuss repair or replacement options if feasible.
Who pays for return shipping?
Change of Mind: You’ll cover return postage using a tracked service for your protection.
Faulty or Damaged Items: We’ll reimburse reasonable return shipping costs once the return is approved.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you an update. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, though bank processing times may vary (typically 3–5 days).
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges for faulty or damaged items only, subject to stock availability. To arrange an exchange, email help@jbtravelworld.com within 30 days of delivery. For non-faulty items, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred colour or product.
