Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be:
- Unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene or customisation, earrings and personalised products (e.g., engraved passport holders) can only be returned if faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, email help@jbtravelworld.com within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll offer:
- A full refund, replacement, or repair (based on stock).
After 30 days, contact us for possible repair or replacement options.
Refund Process
Inspection: We’ll check returned items and email you the refund status.
Processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Timeline: Bank processing may take 3-5 additional days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for faulty or damaged items, subject to availability. Email help@jbtravelworld.com within 30 days to arrange. For non-faulty items, please return and reorder your preferred option.
Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind: You cover return shipping—use a tracked service for peace of mind.
Faulty/Damaged: We’ll reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon approval.
