Refund policy
Returns: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation. Personalised or custom-made items can only be returned if faulty. For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return postage (tracked delivery recommended). Faulty or damaged items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we'll arrange a refund, replacement or repair, and reimburse reasonable return postage.
